I have been involved in the entertainment business in various ways since
I was young. I spent my youth and early adulthood as a performer. Some
of the friends (including other performers) I made then, are still my
friends.
Now I manage entertainers, and am CEO of a small but successful, growing
independent record label. During the time in between my youth and now
I still had contacts in many aspects of the business.
Being a musician and an entertainer myself, I was a always a big fan
of many types of music and spent a lot of time at concerts, up front,
backstage and in the company of some of the great performers.
I developed a collection of my own signed photos, tickets, backstage
passes, and other interesting and special pieces that run the gamut of
many types of music.
In the beginning, I decided to make displays of my own collections.
I had fun putting them together and it gave me a significant good feeling
and sense of satisfaction to complete each one.
I developed relationships with reputable collectors that I trust, to
supplement my own stash of goodies, and fill out my own collection.
After some research, I found that although there were a few firms offering
framed pieces for sale, there was not readily available substantial collections
of significance for the avid top end fan and collector.
As a tribute to some of the greatest artists in music, I have assembled
collections of their work and their memorabilia. These are not mass produced.
They are lovingly and individually put together for those whose appreciation
of an artist goes beyond commonplace.
